Visitor Safety

When using the hall please make sure you have read and understood the hall safety notice.  You will find a copy placed on the notice board when you enter the hall or you can click here to download a pdf version of the visitor safety notice.

Hazard and Accident Report

Please complete a Hazard / accident report if you spot a hazard or have an accident in the hall.  Click here to download a pdf version of the hazard / accident report.  Reports should be completed, signed and delivered to the Chairman.

Environmental Notice

Cardrona Village Hall Committee are committed to minimising any negative impact the hall may have on the environment and have drawn up an environmental action plan.  Hall users are requested to abide by the action plan.  Click here to download a pdf version of the environmental action plan.
